Permanent menu 2024

In preparing the PERMANENT MENU of Winston's Bistro, we were inspired by the period realities and records of Winston Churchill's cook Georgina Landemare and typical British flavours that reflect the colours and aromas of the former colonies, taking into account today's customer preferences. We also added some typical Moravian and international specialties.

​

At weekends we usually add soup and other great food, often inspired by the current programme taking place at the Veveří Castle.
